Sizes
In Germany, structures larger than 75 square meters, such as our tents and awnings, are considered "temporary structures" according to DIN EN 13782 and require a special permit. Tentickle.de, in collaboration with Dekra, TÜV, LGA (German Federal Association of Public Works), and structural engineers, has obtained an LGA permit, allowing our tents to be used safely in public spaces. You can rent or purchase our tents, and we also offer custom designs to meet your needs.
Here are general guidelines for tent size based on the number of people:
- 10-30 people: 30-50 m²
- 30-50 people: 50-100 m²
- 50-100 people: 100-150 m²
- 100-200 people: 150-300 m²
- 200-300 people: 300-400 m²

Construction book and statics
Upon request, Tentickle offers a construction manual or structural calculations for tents, which are helpful during event planning and approval. These documents contain important technical information regarding the stability and safety of tent structures, which may be particularly necessary for larger events or in special environments. However, it is always a good idea to allow for some extra space to allow for comfortable movement and the accommodation of additional equipment (such as buffets, bars or entrances).

The standard rental period for our Tentickles is 3 days. You can rent the Tentickles for the duration of your event, from one day to several weeks.
